Free Plan downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only — a single individual licensee, one personal (non-commercial) social media account. No attribution required. Commercial use and resale are not permitted under this tier; for any commercial project, a paid plan and Commercial or Extended License is required.

The Standard License is what most brands, marketers, and creators need. It covers commercial use across all of the most common channels — advertising, social media, websites, print, packaging, and editorial — up to a generous impression and quantity cap.

• Use across all digital channels — website, social media, email, paid ads, video
• Use in print collateral — brochures, lookbooks, flyers, posters, packaging

• Use in up to 5,000 physical printed copies
• Use worldwide, in perpetuity

• Resale of the raw image file as stock or in an image library
• Use in merchandise sold to consumers (apparel, prints, mugs, home goods)
• Use in mobile or desktop applications as a primary design element
• Use in broadcast television or theatrical film
• Use beyond 500,000 total impressions

The Extended License unlocks high-volume and product-resale uses. You need this license when your project exceeds the Standard caps, or when the image becomes part of something being sold.

• Unlimited impressions across all channels
• Unlimited print run quantities
• Resale rights for merchandise (apparel, prints, home goods, packaging)
• Use in mobile apps, desktop apps, video games, and SaaS products
• Use in broadcast television and theatrical film
• Use in NFTs or digital collectibles
• Worldwide rights in perpetuity

Some uses are prohibited regardless of license tier. Under all Noir Label licenses, you may not:

• Claim authorship, ownership, or copyright of any image
• Resell or redistribute the raw image file as stock or in any image library
• Use the image in a way that defames, harasses, or misrepresents any person
• Use the image in adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
• Use the image in content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
• Use the image to train or develop machine learning models or competing AI systems
• Use the image as a trademark, logo, or service mark
• Use the image in illegal activities or in connection with illegal products or services

For agency-wide access, high-volume programmatic use, white-label licensing, or custom collection commissions, we accommodate enterprise terms on a project basis.
